  由擺線針輪減速機連接中心螺桿及外層螺帶以相同轉速轉動。工作時，中心螺桿將混合物料由底部提升到頂部，同時線速度較大的外部螺帶將物料由下而上沿錐形筒壁盤提升，二種運動在離心力作用下又將物料沿切線方向拋向空間，物料產生強烈的對流剪切、擴散，從而達到快速混合的目的。(螺桿也可做成反向螺桿)。
